Today is the last day of my thirty day experiment and I am going to make the best of it. I am going to offer my services and my help to many people today. If I see someone who needs help I am going to help them. Today my goal is to help as many people as I can. I guess it is like my finale of helping others. I know that though this experiment has left a lasting affect on me. I am going to continue to help others and to not be so selfish all the time. I feel like before the thirty day project experiment I thought about myself more than I thought about others and I wish I could honestly go back and change that. I now know that in life it is more beneficial to help others and to sometimes not put yourself first, but to think of others and to try and use your services and your abilities to help those that could use help in those areas.
I also have been benefited in many ways because of this experiment. I now feel like I have a lot more self-confidence. I am not as shy and I feel like I am able to step out of my comfort zone now way more than I was able to thirty days ago. I am confident also that I can make changes in the lives of others and those around me. I also feel like if more and more people begin to help others than we make a better environment for all of us to live in. I feel like if people all did at least one good deed here and there or every once in awhile then adding up all of the small deeds can make a huge difference and a lasting impact on people and the community.
I hope that those who have been reading my blog have learned something and has seen what a huge impact helping others has had on me. I also encourage you to try to help others more than you may have been in the past and to at least try doing a few good deeds for other people around you at least every once in awhile. I know from my personal experience that it will bring joy to you and it will give you a sense of happiness and a feeling that you are making a difference.
My thirty day project experiment was a very big success and I am so glad that I had this opportunity to do something this great!
